Studio Booking Rules

Booking & Time

Your booking starts at the scheduled time, not arrival time. Set-up and breakdown must fit within your slot.
A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% is required to secure your slot (paid online via Paystack).
Please note that bookings made after 8pm will incur an additional charge of 100 GHC. This extra fee isn't included in the initial booking price, which is what's shown on our website to keep things straightforward for everyone.

Space Care

No screws, nails, paints, confetti, glitter, powder, or liquids without written approval.
 Protect floors under light stands/c-stands.
Leave the space as found.
Cyc/Backdrop must be handled with care and excessive damage to the backdrop or any equipment will inquire a fee for repair or repaint.

Content & Conduct

Illegal content/activities prohibited. Respectful conduct required; harassment = immediate termination with no refund.
Minors require a parent/guardian on set and all legally required consents.

Animals

Allowed by approval only; handler required; proof of vaccinations on request; client is liable for any damage.

Equipment

You are responsible for loss/damage from misuse or negligence. Replacement at full cost plus downtime.
Report faults immediately; do not attempt repairs.

Security & Privacy

Premises may use CCTV for safety. Do not touch security devices.

Question 2

Cancelation policy

Accepted Answer

If you need to cancel your appointment entirely, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made 2 days before the appointment may be eligible for a credit toward future services, at our discretion.
Cancellations made after 2 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for any rescheduling.
No-shows without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of your booking without a reschedule appointment.

Question 3

Refund Policy

Accepted Answer

We do not offer refunds for the fee made to secure the booking spot on our website, however we do offer the option to reschedule bookings based on availability.
Rescheduling requests made after a day of the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Rescheduled appointments must be booked within 2 hours from the original appointment date, subject to availability.
Failure to reschedule within 2 days may result in the forfeiture of the service or product without a refund.

You agree we have the right to use content produced in the studio for promotional use.
You agree not to use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You agree not to use any automated tools or software to access, scrape, or collect data from our website without our express permission.
